Bất kỳ hạng mục, chi tiết nào của toàn bộ công trình qua kiểm tra mà không phù hợp hoặc đúng với thiết kế đã được duyệt thì Bên A có quyền yêu cầu và Bên B phải có trách nhiệm khắc phục, thay thế hoặc tiến hành những điều chỉnh cần thiết để đáp ứng đúng các yêu cầu về đặc tính kỹ thuật và mỹ thuật.
