Ngày 30/9 là Ngày Tưởng niệm liệt sĩ Trung Quốc lần thứ hai.
Trong thời gian từ năm 1951-1976, cả thảy có 1446 liệt sĩ Trung Quốc đã hy sinh và yên nghỉ tại

Việt Nam. Theo nguyên tắc "sắp xếp tại chỗ" trong Thỏa thuận giữa hai bên Trung-Việt năm xưa,

những liệt sĩ kể trên đã lần lượt an táng tại 40 Nghĩa trang liệt sĩ thuộc 22 tỉnh ở miền Bắc và miền

Trung Việt Nam. Quy mô của mỗi nghĩa trang liệt sĩ đều khác nhau, nhưng, phần lớn bộ ngành và

các cấp chính quyền địa phương Việt Nam đều đã bố trí nhân viên chuyên trách quản lý và chăm

sóc mộ liệt sĩ một cách định kỳ. Nghĩa trang liệt sĩ xã Đào Mỹ tổng cộng an táng 217 liệt sĩ Trung

Quốc đã hy sing trong Cuộc kháng chiến chống ngoại xâm của Việt Nam từ năm 1967-1968, là một

nghĩa trang có số lượng liệt sĩ Trung Quốc yên nghỉ nhiều nhất. Vài năm trước, nghĩa trang liệt sĩ

này đã được tu bổ quy mô, ngày hôm nay, toàn bộ mộ liệt sĩ đều đã được xây đắp bằng đá hoa, tấm

bia trên mộ có gắn hình Năm Sao, phía dưới có ghi họ, tên và ngày tháng năm hy sinh của liệt sĩ.

Trước mộ có bày hoa tươi.
