1. Chất liệu:
- Sản phẩm được làm từ hợp kim đồng chất lượng cao, không bị oxy hoá, bền vững với thời gian.
2. Kích thước:
- Thân Huy chương:
+ Đường kính ngoài huy chương: 70mm
+ Mép viền phía ngoài (mặt trước và sau): 1mm
+ Đường kính mép viền trong (phía mặt sau huy chương): 62mm
+ Độ dày huy chương: 5mm
- Cuống huy chương với hình giọt nước cách điệu: 51x11x3mm
3. Mạ huy chương:
+ Huy chương vàng: Mạ mầu vàng 18K
+ Huy chương bạc: Mạ mầu trắng bạc
+ Huy chương đồng: Mạ mầu đồng thau.
- Phủ màu và lớp bảo vệ trong suốt.
4. Chế tác:

4.1. Mặt trước huy chương:
- Ở trung tâm mặt huy chương là Biểu trưng (Logo) của Đại hội Thể thao bãi biển Châu Á lần thứ 5 được đặt trang trọng ở giữa và được đúc nổi 3D có phủ mầu trang trí kết hợp với đường viền của huy chương tạo nên thể thống nhất về thẩm mỹ.
- Phần dưới của Logo là hình sóng biển cách điệu mang ý nghĩa Đại hội thể thao được tổ chức tại bãi biển Đà Nẵng, Việt Nam. Nằm phía dưới là hình nền vòng cung cùng các lớp to nhỏ được xếp chồng lên nhau ví như nền cát của bãi biển, trên đó là dòng chữ “DANANG VIETNAM 2016” được khắc nổi mài bóng nhằm làm nổi bật và bổ trợ cho Logo tăng thêm sự chặt chẽ cả về nội dung cũng như hình thức của huy chương.
- Tổng thể của huy chương chính là biểu tượng của đại hội trên nền sóng và cát như con thuyền đang căng buồm hướng tới phía mặt trời mang ý nghĩa của Đại hội thể thao bãi biển Châu Á lần thứ 5 là cùng vươn xa và thắt chặt tình đoàn kết hữu nghị giữa các nước ASIAN góp phần tạo nên sự thành công của Đại hội.
4.2. Mặt sau huy chương:
- Được đúc nổi với vòng tròn bên ngoài và vòng tròn bên trong cách mép ngoài của huy trương 6mm độ dày 1mm đường kính là 62mm. Khoảng nền giữa đường kính phía ngoài và trong được trang trí ở phần trên là dòng chữ “5th Asian Beach Games”, phía dưới là dòng chữ “VIETNAM 2016” chữ bóng trên nền bóng mờ được khắc sắc nét tạo nên sự trang trọng của sản phẩm.
