- Chương này sẽ giúp chúng ta hiểu thêm về các bước trong quá trình điều hành tour du lịch, công việc thực tế trong quá trình thực tập này cũng như nhiệm vụ của tôi ở công ty. Quá trình điều hành tour du lịch bao gồm 10 bước sau:
+ Đàm phán với khách hàng
+ Thiết kế, xây dựng chương trình chi tiết
+ đăng ký trước dịch vụ cho nhà cung cấp
+ Tạm ứng Tour
+ Bàn Giao với Hướng dẫn viên
+ Tổ chức cuộc họp khách du lịch
+ Xác nhận dịch vụ với các đối tác
+ kết toán tour
+ Theo dõi tình hình khách đi tour
+ Liên hệ khách hàng sau tour du lịch
Bên cạnh đó chương này tôi cũng nói chuyện về điểm mạnh và điểm yếu của quy trình.
