5.1 Sau khi đã ký hợp đồng này, nếu một trong hai bên muốn đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng trước thời hạn thì phải thông báo bằng văn bản cho bên kia biết ít nhất 60 ngày trước ngày chấm dứt hợp đồng. Bên nào vi phạm thời hạn báo trước sẽ bị phạt 0.5% trên tổng giá trị hợp đồng cho mỗi ngày không báo trước, đồng thời bồi thường toàn bộ thiệt hại có liên quan cho bên bị vi phạm.
5.2 Phạt chậm thực hiện hợp đồng: Nếu Bên B chậm trễ cung cấp dịch vụ theo thời gian đã được quy định tại Điều 1 của hợp đồng mà không có sự chấp thuận bằng văn bản của Bên A, Bên B sẽ bị phạt 0.5% trên tổng giá trị hợp đồng cho mỗi ngày chậm thực hiện, đồng thời phải bồi thường những thiệt hại đã gây cho Bên A.
5.3 Phạt chậm thanh toán: Nếu Bên A chậm trễ thanh toán theo quy định tại điều 3.3 thì Bên A sẽ chịu phần lãi suất được tính theo lãi suất cao nhất do ngân hàng Vietcombank TP.HCM công bố tại thời điểm thanh toán trên phần giá trị nợ quá hạn cho mỗi ngày trễ hạn.
5.4 Tổng giá trị các khoản phạt nêu trên không quá 8% giá trị hợp đồng.
