Về thù lao nhân viên : tiền lương tối thiểu 1.150.000 đồng, trung bình một nhân viên kỹ thuật có lương từ 3,500,000- 4,600,000 còn tùy vào bộ phận, kinh nghiệm hay thâm niên. Bao gồm trích 30% lương hàng tháng để cho vào quỹ tiết kiệm của mỗi nhân viên, số tiền này sẽ được nhận vào cuối năm và tính lãi theo ngân hàng. Ngày làm quy định tối thiếu 26 ngày/tháng, mỗi ngày 2 ca mỗi ca 8 tiếng và cũng được tạo điều kiện làm thêm với lương ưu đãi hơn. Đối với trường hợp thuê tạm thời thì lương được tính theo ngày, tùy theo quy mô,yêu cầu trong mỗi sự kiện cũng như vị trí đảm nhiệm. Ngoài chính sách về lương, nhân viên chính thức cũng được hỗ trợ chính sách bảo hiểm, trợ cấp cũng như lương thưởng theo quy định (thưởng lễ).
