Hoàn trả một phần vốn góp trong vốn

Hoàn trả một phần vốn góp trong vốn Điều lệ của công ty nếu đã hoạt động kinh doanh liên tục trong hơn 02 năm, kể từ ngày đăng ký doanh nghiệp và bảo đảm thanh toán đủ các khoản nợ và nghĩa vụ tài sản khác sau khi đã hoàn trả cho chủ sở hữu;

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Reimburse a shares in the capital stock of the company if the business has operated continuously for more than 2 years from the date of registration of the enterprise and ensure full payment of the debts and other assets after the obligation has been repaid to the owner;

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Returning part of the charter capital in the company if the business has been operating continuously for more than 02 years from the date of registration of business and guarantee the payment of all debts and other financial obligations after has refunded to the owner;
