Thành viên Hội đồng quản trị có quyền được thanh toán tất cả các chi phí đi lại, ăn, ở và các khoản chi phí hợp lý khác mà họ đã phải chi trả khi thực hiện trách nhiệm thành viên Hội đồng quản trị của mình bao gồm cả các chi phí phát sinh trong việc tới tham dự các cuộc họp của Hội đồng quản trị, hoặc các tiểu ban của Hội đồng quản trị hoặc Đại hội đồng cổ đông.

Members of the Board have the right to be paid all of the costs of travel, accommodation and other reasonable expenses that they had to pay when performing the responsibilities of members of its Board including the costs incurred in attending meetings of the Board or, the Subcommittee of the Board or the shareholders General Assembly.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Members of the Board of Management may be paid all travel expenses, accommodation, meals and other reasonable expenses they had to pay when making responsible member of its Board of Directors which including expenses incurred in attending meetings of the Board of directors, or the subcommittees of the Board of directors or the General meeting of shareholders.
