Chịu trách nhiệm về tính chính xác của bộ hồ sơ với các thông tin do Bên A cung cấp. Ngọai trừ trường hợp theo yêu cầu của Government agencies hoặc theo quy định của pháp luật hoặc quy định khác của hợp đồng này, trong trường hợp nội dung phiếu công bố sản phẩm mỹ phẩm do Bên B làm có thông tin không giống thông tin như Bên A cung cấp, Bên B phải hoàn toàn chịu trách nhiệm mọi tổn thất của Bên A do sai phạm về tính chính xác này trước các cơ quan chức năng có thẩm quyền cho đến khi Bên B tiến hành đăng ký lại miễn phí cho phiếu công bố bị sai để có nội dung đúng như thông tin Bên A cung cấp.
