Trường hợp Bên A thanh toán chậm th

Trường hợp Bên A thanh toán chậm theo Hợp đồng này thì Bên A would not chịu phạt theo lãi suất cho vay the Ngân hàng Vietcombank and cộng thêm 4% cho số tiền thanh toán incorrect quy định.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Side A of the case of slow payment under this contract, the Parties would not incur A penalty according to the interest rate for the loan at the Vietcombank and plus 4% of the amount paid for the incorrect rules.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

If Party A late payment under this Contract, Party A would not be fined in accordance with the lending rate and the Bank Vietcombank plus 4% for incorrect payment amount specified.
