Do tính chất sử dụng nhiều loại vật tư trong sản xuất và vai trò của yếu tố đầu vào đến chất lượng sản phẩm, nên Công ty phải hết sức chú trọng đến công tác quản lý và kiểm tra chất lượng vật tư. Để đảm bảo chất lượng công trình, các loại vật tư cần được đảm bảo chất lượng cao và ổn định ngay từ nguồn cung ứng đến khi đưa vào sản xuất . Vì vậy, quản lý và kiểm soát chất lượng vật tư bao gồm cả việc quản lý, kiểm tra từ người cung ứng và việc quản lý, kiểm tra tại Công ty trước khi vật tư được sử dụng cho hoạt động sản xuất.

- Tăng cường nhân sự kiểm tra chất lượng vật tư trước khi xuất nhập kho.
- Xây dựng các tiêu chuẩn về bảo quản cho các loại vật tư khác nhau.
- Có chính sách ưu đãi đối với các nhà cung ứng vật tư có uy tín lâu năm với Công ty.
