Nếu có căn BT cần bàn giao thì Vinhomes sẽ gửi thông tin (tên khách, company, giờ bàn giao và căn BT số mấy) cho đầu mối ở PQ2 (là tôi cho đến khi bàn giao hoàn toàn cho Liên)
Đầu mối sẽ gửi thông tin căn BT đó cho FO, HK, KT nắm thông tin, phối hợp thực hiện nhận booking của khách, sắp xếp phòng, sửa lỗi và làm vệ sinh
Trong trường hợp khách chưa ký BBBG thì Vinhomes sẽ gửi thông tin và in ra đưa khách ký khi nhận BT
Trường hợp khách ký BBBG rồi thì chỉ chào đón khách đến nhận nhà mới.
