Dựa theo những tiêu chí trên, tôi đánh giá khả năng của mình như sau:
Kiến thức:
Kiến thức chuyên môn: những kiến thức này hầu hết đã được học ở trường. Tuy nhiên tôi không có cơ hội để áp dụng vào thực tế. Chúng ta đều biết những gì học tại trường và thực tế đều hoàn toàn khác nhau. Vì vậy, tôi đánh giá mình chỉ ở mức độ 2
Kỹ năng mềm: trong thời gian đi học, tôi cũng đã tham gia nhiều hoạt động ngoại khóa và các lớp học kỹ năng mềm, tôi có thể trò chuyện và tìm hiểu người lạ nhanh chóng. Tôi thấy mình có kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, bên cạnh đó còn có khả năng thuyết phục các thành viên khác. Khả năng giảng hòa và giải quyết cung đột của tôi khá tốt, tuy nhiên tôi luôn tránh để các thành viên trong nhóm xảy ra xung đột. Tôi đánh giá kỹ năng của tôi ở mức độ 3.

I feel I have good communication skills, besides can convince other members. The ability to reconcile and resolve conflict offers quite good, however I always avoid to the members of the Group happen to conflict. I assess my skills at the level of 3.

Professional knowledge: this knowledge most had learned in school. But I did not have the opportunity to apply in practice. We all know what the school and reality are completely different. So I rated myself only level 2
Soft Skills: while going to school, I have also participated in many extracurricular activities and soft skills classes, I can chat and get to know strangers fast. I feel I have good communication skills, besides capable of convincing other members. The ability to reconcile and resolve broke my bow pretty good, but I always avoid to the members of the group conflict. I assess my skills at level 3.
