Trừ trường hợp đột xuất, định kỳ 06 tháng (trước ngày 30/6) Cty VSIP trao đổi bằng văn bản kết quả thực hiện Quy chế và gửi về Cảnh sát PCCC tỉnh; 01 năm (trước ngày 31/12), tổ chức sơ kết, đánh giá kết quả, kiến nghị, giải quyết những khó khăn, vướng mắc và đề ra phương hướng phối hợp; Cảnh sát PCCC chủ trì, tập hợp báo cáo hàng năm để phục vụ việc sơ kết. Định kỳ hàng năm, hai bên xem xét các cá nhân, đơn vị thực hiện tốt Quy chế này để khen thưởng kịp thời.
