Một số phần việc cần làm đầu tiên.

1./ Tìm kiếm các cty chuyên nhập khẩu và phân phối sữa hoặc (thành lập cty nhập khẩu và phân phối sữa tai Việt Nam có chi nhánh Hà Nội, HCM)
2./ Hoàn thành các thủ tục pháp lý theo pháp luật Việt Nam bao gồm:
1. Hồ sơ:
Bản công bố tiêu chuẩn sản phẩm;
Bản tiêu chuẩn cơ sở;
Giấy đăng ký kinh doanh (nếu doanh nghiệp nhập khẩu);
Tiêu chuẩn sản phẩm (Products Specification) của nhà sản xuất hoặc Phiếu kết quả kiểm nghiệm (về chỉ tiêu chất lượng chủ yếu, chỉ tiêu chỉ điểm chất lượng và các chỉ tiêu vệ sinh liên quan) của nhà sản xuất hoặc của cơ quan kiểm định độc lập nước xuất xứ;
Nhãn sản phẩm hoặc ảnh chụp nhãn sản phẩm và dự thảo nội dung ghi nhãn phụ;
Bản sao có công chứng nước ngoài hoặc trong nước của một trong các giấy chứng nhận sau (nếu có): Chứng nhận GMP (thực hành sản xuất tốt); HACCP (hệ thống phân tích mối nguy và kiểm soát điểm tới hạn); hoặc giấy chứng nhận tương đương;
Giấy chứng nhận lưu hành tự do (Certificate of Free Sale) hoặc Giấy chứng nhận y tế (Health Certificate) của cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền của nước xuất xứ, trong đó có nội dung chứng nhận sản phẩm phù hợp với lứa tuổi hoặc đối tượng sử dụng;
Bản sao hợp đồng thương mại;
Giấy Chứng nhận kiểm định không có melamin trong sản phẩm sữa.
2. Thủ tục:

Hồ sơ được lập thành 02 (hai) bộ, các tài liệu tiếng nước ngoài phải được công chứng dịch sang tiếng Việt và nộp tại Cục An toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm. Trong thời hạn 20 ngày, kể từ ngày Cục An toàn vệ sinh thực phẩm nhận đủ hồ sơ hợp lệ, sẽ xem xét cấp Giấy chứng nhận tiêu chuẩn sản phẩm.

Sau khi được cấp Giấy chứng nhận tiêu chuẩn sản phẩm, cá nhân hoặc tổ chức mới được tiến hành thủ tục nhập khẩu sản phẩm vào Việt Nam.

3./ Xây dựng hệ thống phân phối nên tập trung vào Hà Nội và TP Hồ Chí Minh trước tiên(Hệ thống siêu thị,bệnh viện, các đại lý cấp 1,2,3). Sau đó mở rộng sang các tinh thành khác.

4./ Giới thiệu, tư vấn, quảng bá và bán sản phẩm.
