You can find that thing that all customers, whether they are individuals or businesses, are more desirable both from goods and services that they buy as they are completely reliable. All the friendly smile and courteous offer cannot compensate for unreliable products or services that are not standard. Customer care woes can only be recognized as good if it's attached to a quality product and a good service. On the other hand, the customer is not merely the task of the salesman or the regular staff in contact with customers. Any individual within the business also must perform a certain task for some others in the business, i.e. who are also customers, and that is the client side of the business.
