+ Dung lượng personal folder khi đạt đến khoảng 20 Gb sẽ xảy ra tình trang bị đầy, cộng với việc cấu hình thiết lập việc lưu trữ email trên server (check vào mục "leave a copy of messages from server") là 10 ngày.
+ Dung lượng cho phép để lưu email trong Recover item là 200MB, thời gian lưu trữ là 30 ngày
+khi cấu hình lưu trữ mail trên server 10 ngày mới xóa vào Recover item một lần trong khi dung lượng còn trống của Recover item không đủ sẽ gây ra tình trang văng trở lại Inbox sau đó dẫn đến tình trạng Duplicate mail.
-Cách xử lý:
+ Cấu hình lưu mail trên server còn 03 ngày, và backup thư mục personal folder thành old_personal để làm trống dung lượng personal folder
