Tại Hội nghị Thượng đỉnh ASEAN – Nh

Tại Hội nghị Thượng đỉnh ASEAN – Nhật Bản vào tháng 8/2008, đại diện chính phủ Việt Nam và Nhật Bản đã có dịp trao đổi và nhận thấy cần có hoạt động song phương giữa hai nước để trao đổi thông tin về thương mại điện tử (TMĐT). Do vậy, từ năm 2009, Cục Thương mại điện tử và Công nghệ thông tin (TMĐT và CNTT) phối hợp với Cục Chính sách Thương mại và Thông tin thuộc Bộ Kinh tế, Thương mại và Công nghiệp Nhật Bản tổ chức Chương trình Đối thoại chính sách pháp luật TMĐT Việt Nam – Nhật Bản hàng năm, luân phiên tại hai quốc gia. Chương trình Đối thoại gồm hai hoạt động: Cuộc họp chuyên gia pháp lý TMĐT và Hội thảo quốc tế TMĐT dành cho doanh nghiệp hai nước. Chương trình Đối thoại được xây dựng với 02 mục tiêu chính: (i) chia sẻ, cập nhật các quy định pháp luật, chính sách, định hướng phát triển về TMĐT của hai nước; (ii) cầu nối giúp doanh nghiệp tiếp cận thị trưởng và mở rộng quan hệ đối tác song phương.

At the Summit, the ASEAN-Japan in August, 2008, representative of the Government of Vietnam and Japan have the opportunity to Exchange and receive need bilateral activities between the two countries to exchange information about the electronic commerce (EC). Thus, from 2009, the Bureau of Commerce and information technology (EC and it) in collaboration with the trade policy Bureau and information of the Ministry of economy, trade and industry of Japan organized the law to EC policy dialogue Vietnam-Japan every year, alternately in the two countries. The dialogue program consists of two activities: legal experts meeting EC and EC international workshop for businesses of both countries. The program was built with 2 main goals: (i) share, updated the legislation, policies and development orientation of EC of the two countries; (ii) the bridge helps businesses reach out and expand the bilateral partnership.

At ASEAN Summit - Japan on 8/2008, representing the government of Vietnam and Japan had the opportunity to exchange and found to have bilateral activities between the two countries to exchange information on commerce mail (e-commerce). Thus, since 2009, the Department of E-Commerce and Information Technology (IT and e-commerce) in cooperation with the Department for Trade Policy and Information of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan held Program For EC legal policy dialogue Vietnam - Japan annually, alternately in the two countries. The program consists of two activities Dialogue: Legal Experts Meeting and International Conference of e-commerce e-commerce for businesses of the two countries. The Dialogue is built with 02 main objectives: (i) share, update the laws, policies, development of e-commerce-oriented of the two countries; (Ii) a bridge to help businesses reach the mayor and expand bilateral partnership.
