công ty BITAHACO thường thanh toán bằng các phương thúc là: tín dụng chứng từ, chuyển tiền trả trước hay phương thức giao chứng từ nhận tiền.
phương thức thanh toán tín dụng chứng từ(L/C):
quy trình
ngân hàng phát hành sẽ chọn một ngân hàng thông báo tại nước người xuất khẩu. thường thì ngân hàng này có quan hệ tốt với ngân hàng phát hành hoặc là đại lý/chi nhánh của ngân hàng này
ngân hàng thông báo sẽ thông báo đến người thụ hưởng L/C(người xuất khâu) là L/C đã được mở kèm theo nội dung của L/C. nếu người thụ hưởng chấp nhận hoặc yêu cầu sửa chữa thì báo cho ngân hàng thông báo---> thông báo cho ngân hàng phát hành để phát hành hoặc chỉnh sửa.
sau khi chấp nhận nội dung L.C thì người xuất khẩu sẽ tiến hành giao hàng và thành lập bộ chứng từ.
người xuất khẩu gởi bộ chứng từ cho ngân hàng thông báo.
ngân hàng thông báo ởi bảng copy bộ chứng từ cho ngân hàng mở/phát hành kiểm tra
nếu bộ chứng từ hợp lệ thì ngân hàng mở/phát hành tiến hành thanh toán cho người xuất khẩu (thụ hưởng) và lấy bộ chứng từ thông qua ngân hàng thông báo
