Tôi đang học tại trường Trung học cơ sở Văn Lang. Trường có khoảng hơn 1000 học sinh. Đây là ngôi trường trung học cơ sở đông nhất thành phố ViệtTrì bởi vì sự uy tín, chất, chất lượng và ngôi trường này đào tạo những học sinh giỏi của thành phố. Cũng vì vậy mà trường trung học cơ sở Văn Lang có những vấn đề giao thông rất tệ. Vào giờ học sinh đến lớp hoặc tan trường, con đường trước cổng trường thường xuyên phải "chứng kiến" cảnh ùn tắc giao thông kéo dài, có khi lên tới nửa tiếng đồng hồ. Tôi nghĩ nguyên nhân chủ yếu gây ùn tắc giao thông thường xuyên trước cổng trường là do tuyến đường trước cổng trường là đường liên xã có lòng đường hẹp, vỉa hè nhỏ, lại thường xuyên bị các hàng quán rong chiếm dụng. Mấy tháng nay, các cơ quan chức năng trong cả nước cũng như thành phố Việt Trì đã đồng loạt "ra quân" xử lý học sinh tham gia giao thông bằng xe đạp điện, xe máy điện… không đội mũ bảo hiểm. Trong thời gian các cơ quan đồng loạt ra quân, học sinh điều khiển xe máy, đạp điện đội mũ bảo hiểm rất nghiêm túc. Ngoài ra, học sinh còn thường xuyên tụ tập ăn quà vặt trước cổng, còn có học sinh đỗ xe đạp, xe đạp điện dưới vỉa hè để vào quán mua snack,..., gây ùn tắc giao thông rất nguy hiểm. Tôi nghĩ Ban Giám hiệu nhà trường cần vận động phụ huynh học sinh đến đón con đúng giờ, đúng cổng ra, xếp xe trật tự theo hướng dẫn của lực lượng dân phòng và cần nghiên cứu bố trí cho học sinh các khối tan ca lệch giờ nhau từ 15 - 20 phút để phụ huynh đến đón con có trật tự, theo giờ quy định.
