Để chắc chắn rằng các hộ trồng hoa tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các quy trình canh tác, Công ty sẽ bố trí 1 cán bô kỹ thuật chuẩn bị các tài liệu tập huấn và tiến hành tập huấn cho các nhóm. Cùng với các nhóm trưởng, trưởng nhóm kỹ thuật, cán bộ kỹ thuật NMT sẽ hỗ trợ nông dân áp dụng kỹ thuật mới và tư vấn kịp thời. Để theo dõi và giám sát các khó khăn nảy sinh trong quá trình thực hiện, Công ty sẽ chuẩn bị và sử dụng mẫu ghi chép quá trình giám sát để theo dõi.
