Tối hôm qua tôi nghĩ rằng bạn bận nên không online nữa.
Hôm nay đọc những gì bạn viết, tôi rất vui vì bạn quan tâm tôi.
Mẹ của tôi khỏe. Vì chúng tôi ở cách xa nhau nên tôi chỉ gọi điện về cho mẹ trong ngày của mẹ.
Nói về công việc của tôi. Thú vị? Đúng. Nhưng áp lực. nhất là đối với một người trẻ và chưa có nhiều kinh nghiệm như tôi.
Hằng ngày tôi đến nơi làm việc, đọc hồ sơ vụ án. Tôi thường đại diện cho đương sự (khách hàng của tôi) để bảo vệ quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp của họ tại tòa án. Về tôi phạm hình sự, tôi tìm cách giúp họ thoát tội hoặc giảm nhẹ tôi so với cáo trạng mà viện kiểm sát truy tố (luật sư tranh tụng hoặc luật sư bào chữa)
Ngoài ra, tôi còn là luật sư tư vấn các vấn đề pháp lý về hôn nhân gia đình, tranh chấp tài sản…khi khách hàng có nhu cầu (luật sư tư vấn)
Nghĩa là ở việt nam: một luật sư có thể vừa là luật sư tư vấn vừa là luật sư tranh tụng.
Tôi còn là trợ lý cho sếp. tôi phải soạn thảo đơn khởi kiện và các văn bản, đơn từ khác.
