Bên B cũng không được thỏa thuận ho

Bên B cũng không được thỏa thuận hoặc ký kết bất kỳ văn bản nào để liên kết hoặc hợp tác với các đơn vị khác theo nội dung trong phụ lục này mà chưa được đồng ý bằng văn bản của Bên A. Nếu Bên B vi phạm điều này, Bên A sẽ có quyền đơn phương chấm dứt hợp đồng, đồng thời Bên B phải đền bù những thiệt hại, tổn thất (nếu có).

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Side B is not an agreement or signing any text link or cooperation with other units according to the content of this annex which has not been agreed to in writing by Party a. Party B If in violation of this, party A will have the right unilaterally terminate the contractthe Side B must compensate the damages, losses (if any).

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

Party B is not an agreement or signing any documents linked to or cooperate with other units according to the contents of this appendix without the written consent of Party A. If Party B violation this, Party A shall have the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, while Party B shall compensate the losses, damages (if any).
