Đại học không phải là cánh cửa duy nhất dẫn tới thành công. Cả thế giới từng ngả mũ kính phục trước nghị lực, ý chí và tài năng của tỷ phú Bill Gates – chủ tịch Tập đoàn Microsoft. Và sẽ có nhiều người ngạc nhiên khi biết rằng ông đã bỏ học khi đang học năm thứ 3 trường Harvard để bắt đầu sự nghiệp của mình. Ở Việt Nam, có thể dẫn ra rất nhiều người thành đạt mà không cần có trong tay tấm bằng đại học. Vẫn còn rất nhiều nhân vật thành đạt chưa được kể tên. Họ có thể đã từ bỏ trường đại học, có thể chưa một ngày được ngồi trên giảng đường nhưng vẫn rất thành công. Tất cả là nhờ vào ý chí, nghị lực và năng lực tự học, tự trưởng thành của mỗi người.


Hãy xác định đam mê

Luôn khẳng định đại học không phải là con đường duy nhất dẫn đến thành công nhưng rất nhiều học sinh quan niệm rằng đây là con đường tốt nhất dẫn đến tương lai ổn định. Có nhiều sĩ tử và gia đình đặt hy vọng rất lớn và cánh cửa này. Có những em vạch được lộ trình cho bản thân, có em chỉ bước đi một cách dò dẫm theo xu hướng, trào lưu hoặc làm theo mong muốn của gia đình. Vì thế, dù đỗ hay trượt ĐH, khả năng thành công của các em vẫn rất thấp.

Có 3 yếu tố các em cần xác định để có một công việc phù hợp và mang lại thành công cho bản thân. Thứ nhất là niềm đam mê, sở thích của mình. Đây là yếu tốt quan trọng nhất quyết định thành công của mỗi người. Khi học tập và làm việc theo đúng đam mê, sở thích, các em có khả năng tiến xa hơn. Thứ hai là sở trường của bản thân. Được làm việc theo đúng sở trường bao giờ cũng mang lại thuận lợi cho mỗi người. Thứ ba là nhu cầu nhân lực của xã hội. Xác định được điều này sẽ giúp các bạn trẻ tìm được công việc phù hợp và có thể phát triển được khả năng bản thân trong công việc sau này.

Nếu cánh cửa đại học thực sự đã đóng lại, đừng mãi nhìn ngắm nó và tiếc nuối. Bên cạnh còn rất nhiều cánh cửa khác đang chờ bạn.
