2.1. Quyền và nghĩa vụ của Bên A
- Quyền của Bên A
 Yêu cầu Bên B thực hiện đầy đủ nghĩa vụ thanh toán theo đúng thoả thuận ghi trong hợp đồng;
 Có quyền ngừng hoặc yêu cầu nhà cung cấp ngừng cung cấp điện và các dịch vụ, tiện ích khác nếu Bên B vi phạm Hợp đồng
- Nghĩa vụ của Bên A
 Đảm báo đúng thời gian và mặt bằng cho bên B vào thi công lắp dựng gian hàng
 Cung cấp nguồn điện cho bên B
 Chịu trách nhiệm về các giấy phép tổ chức chương trình.
 Xuất hóa đơn VAT sau khi bên B hoàn tất các nghĩa vụ thanh toán
