Tôi bắt đầu làm việc tại SVI từ ngà

Tôi bắt đầu làm việc tại SVI từ ngày 25/02/2010, tính đến nay thi tôi đã làm việc tại SVI được 5,5 năm. Đây là một khoảng thơi gian tương đối dài nhưng với tôi thi nó thật ngắn, tất cả mọi việc như vừa xảy ra vào ngày hôm qua vậy! Trong khoảng thơi gian làm việc tai SVI tôi đã học được rất nhiều điều bổ ích và có nhiều kỷ niện thú vị, có lẽ tôi sẽ không bao giờ quên được.
Những ngày đầu mới làm việc tại SVI, tôi làm việc tại phòng Sản Xuất với vị trí giám sát công đoạn sản xuất ( controller), chuyền trưởng (line leader) . Tại vị trí làm việc này tôi được các anh chị tổ trưởng chỉ dạy rất tận tình, dần dần tôi hiểu được quy trình sản xuất các sản phẩm từ khâu làm đầy, đóng gói, cách đánh giá các sản phẩm lỗi khi nào NG, khi nào OK, cách vận hành và quản lý một line hoạt động, cách sử lý các sự cố trên line, báo cáo cho cấp trên khi có vấn đề bất thường trong quá trinh sản xuất…Đặc trong thời gian này tôi đã học được nhiều điều hay từ Mr Myyauchi. Trong công việc: luôn luôn cẩn thận, chấp hành tuyệt đối các quy định đặt ra, nhiệt tinh và có trách nhiệm với công việc, luôn lắng nghe và trao đổi ý kiến với mọi người, không ngừng cải tiến làm cho công việc ngày càng tốt hơn. Sau khoảng thời gian hơn 2 năm 8 tháng làm việc tại phòng Sản Xuất của SVI thì tôi chuyển sang làm việc tại phòng QA. Tại đây, tôi bắt đầu với một công việc mới hòang toàn, những công việc mà từ trước đến giờ tôi chưa làm bao giờ. Khi chuyển sang làm việc tại phòng QA tôi biết là minh sẽ bắt đầu lại từ đầu, mọi việc sẽ rất khó khăn và vất vã chứ không hề dể dàng chút nào. Nhưng cuối cùng tôi đã chấp nhận con đường tôi đã chọn chỉ vì tính tò mò của chính bản thân của mình: tôi muốn biết các sản phẩm mà mình đã làm được quản lý chất lượng như thế nao, các loại bao bì, nguyên vật liệu trước khi đưa vào sản xuất được kiểm tra như thế nào?.
Sau khi thi tuyển sang phòng QA, tôi làm việc tại phòng kiểm tra bao bì. Tại đây, tôi được các anh chỉ dạy rất nhiệt tình và có nhiều kỷ niệm vui của những ngày mới nhập môn. Điển hình là một kỷ niện trong quá trình lấy mẫu: khi tôi tiến hành lấy mẫu vòi “ MR PS MOIST NA”, trong quá trình lấy mẫu tôi làm bình thường, sau đó tiến hành kiểm tra ngoại quan thì phát hiện có 1 pcs không có Stopper, tôi phải tiến hành kiểm tra lại 100% của 10 shipper vừa lấy mẫu xem có shipper nào bị dư Stopper không?, kết quả sau khi kiểm tra tới thùng thứ 10 mới tim thấy Stopper dư. Hiện nay, các thao tác lấy mẫu và kiểm tra bao bi tôi làm rất tốt, mõi ngày tiếp thu được nhiều kinh nghiệm quý báo.
Sau khi làm tốt công việc kiểm tra bao bi tôi được anh trưởng nhóm giao cho nhiệm vụ theo dõi bao bì nhập kho và lập kế hoạch lấy mẫu, trả hàng về kho sau khi đã lấy mẫu, releae các bao bì sau khi có kết quả kiểm tra ok. Đây là một nhiệm vụ tương đối phức tạp vì đa số công việc điều phải thực hiện trên hệ thống SAP. Để làm được các công việc trên tôi được anh trưởng nhóm chỉ cho các thao tác trên SAP. Ban đầu tôi hơi bở ngở với công việc mới nhưng dần dần tôi cũng thành thạo và hòang thành tốt nhiệm vụ được giao.
Đồng thời với việc làm việc trên SAP tôi được anh trưởng nhóm giao cho nhiệm vụ thảo luận với nhóm QC oline khi bao bì chạy trên line có các vấn đề. Đây là một công việc rất thú vị vì đồi hỏi tôi phải có kiến thức tốt về các dạng lỗi của các loại bao bì, luôn cập nhật thông tin về các dạng lỗi của các loại bao bì để hổ trợ nhóm QC và báo cáo các sự cố đó cho anh trưởng nhóm biết. Sau 5,5 năm làm việc tại SVI , mặc dù học được rất nhiều điều hay từ các anh chị đồng nghiệp: tư tác phong làm việc, tinh thần làm viêc, môi trường làm việc chuyên nghiệp, tính kỷ luật trong công việc...Tôi nghĩ đến thời điểm hiện tại tôi cần phải làm tốt nhiệm vụ được giao, cố găng nâng cao trình đô ngoại ngữ để gốp phần làm tố công việc của mình, không ngừng học hỏi thêm kinh nghiệm và kiến thức từ các anh chị, các bạn đồng nghiệp. Đối với tôi khi làm việc trong SVI là tôi xem như mình đang đi học, mà kiến thức là vô tận, do đó tôi cần phải cố gắng nhiều hơn nữa.
