Mô tả quy trình đạo đức của doanh nghiệp :
Công ty du lịch Hành trình phương đông tuy mới thành lập được có 6 năm nhưng luôn duy trì được sự phát triển rất cao nhờ sự làm việc tận tụy của đội ngũ nhân viên với mục đính đem lại sự hài lòng cho khách hàng. Mỗi nhân viên luôn luôn cố gắng hướng tới và đáp ứng, thấu hiểu mọi yêu cầu mà khách hàng đưa ra để mang lại sự hài lòng, sự chuyên nghiệp, niềm vui, sự tận tình nhất mà công ty nhắm tới. Để có được những thành công và sự chuyên nghiệp như bây giờ công ty du lịch hành trình phương đông đã để mọi nhân viên có thể đưa ra quyết định về mọi vấn đề nhỏ và khẩn cấp theo cách của họ để phục vụ tốt nhất cho khách hàng, vì chính nhân viên là người tiếp xúc trực tiếp với khách hàng nên họ sẽ hiểu được những gì mình làm là tốt cho dịch vụ của công ty đem lại sự chuyên nghiệp không máy móc khi làm việc, tránh mọi sự phàn nàn từ khách hàng. Nhưng mọi quy trình của công ty luôn được giải quyết theo hai hướng sau:

- Những vấn đề lớn hơn sẽ được giám đốc, điều hành, và các nhân viên khác của công ty họp bàn với nhau , để đưa ra quyết định đúng đắn nhất lúc đó. Hoặc biểu quyết về giải phát và cuối cùng thì giám đốc sẽ là người chọn ra giải pháp hợp lý nhất để chọn được hướng giải quyết tốt nhất.
