Định kỳ vào ngày 01 tháng 07 hàng năm hoặc theo yêu cầu của Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài chính, Cục Quản lý giá có trách nhiệm rà soát danh sách tổ chức, cá nhân đăng ký giá tại Bộ Tài chính (Cục Quản giá), nếu cần thiết trình Bộ trưởng Bộ Tài chính xem xét thông báo điều chỉnh danh sách này.
