► Phòng luật sư tranh tụng:

Chức năng, nhiệm vụ của bộ phận luật sư tranh tụng được quy định, cụ thể như sau:

+ Tham gia tố tụng bào chữa cho người bị tạm giữ, bị can, bị cáo trong vụ án hình sự;
+ Tham gia tố tụng bảo vệ quyền và lợi ích hợp pháp cho đương sự trong các vụ việc: Dân sự, Kinh tế, Lao động, Hôn nhân Gia đình, Hành chính, Đất đai…
+ Đại diện theo ủy quyền của đương sự tham gia tố tụng.
+ Thực hiện các dịch vụ pháp lý khác như: Soạn thảo văn bản, đơn thư, hợp đồng, di chúc, làm chứng trong các giao dịch dân sự...;

+ authorized Representative litigants involved in the proceedings.
+ Perform other legal services such as text editor, letters, contracts, wills, testified in the civil transactions ...;
