Vụ hôi bia ở Biên Hòa được đăng tải lên một số trang báo nước ngoài tạo ra cái nhìn không tốt về người Việt Nam. Họ cho rằng người Việt ta không những không biết giúp đỡ người khác khi họ gặp khó khăn mà còn hùa vào hôi của.
Vụ xô xát ở Samsung Thái Nguyên, việc phá hoại của công nhân tại Bình Dương, Hà Tĩnh làm mất niềm tin của các doanh nghiệp nước ngoài vào Việt Nam, ít nhiều gây tổn hại đến kinh tế vốn đã khó khăn của đất nước ta tính đến thời điểm này.
Cá nhân tôi nghĩ, những người hôi bia ở Biên Hòa không phải tất cả đều tham lam, những người quá khích ở Thái Nguyên, Bình Dương, Hà Tĩnh không phải tất cả đều là côn đồ.
Nếu chiếc xe tải gặp nạn ở Biên Hòa, ban đầu không có ai vào hôi của, thậm chí, có những người dọn dẹp bia rơi ra đường, có lẽ cũng sẽ có nhiều người xắn tay vào giúp đỡ anh tài xế. Hoặc khi vụ việc xảy ra, có một vài người vào hôi của nhưng những người xung quanh không có tư tưởng hùa theo đám đông thì vụ hôi bia đầy tai tiếng đó đã không có.
