Xây dựng quy chế đối thoại -Tổ chức bầu chọn Ban Đối Thoại tại Hội Nghị NLD
-Công đoàn tổ chức các cuộc họp tìm hiểu nhu cầu, suy nghĩ và chia sẻ của công nhân. Từ đó tiến hành tổ chức đối thoại định kỳ theo yêu cầu của luật.
- Đưa nội dung này vào chính sách nội bộ của công ty nếu cần.
