14.1 Nếu bất kỳ một hay nhiều qui định trong hợp đồng này bị coi là vô hiệu hoặc không có hiệu lực thi hành theo pháp luật hiện hành của nước CHXHCNVN. Thì tính hiệu lực hợp pháp và hiệu lực thi hành của các qui định còn lại của hợp đồng này vẫn có hiệu lực thi hành và sẽ không bị ảnh hưởng hoặc suy giảm hiệu lực của nó.
14.2 Bản hợp đồng này gồm có 09 (chín) trang, được lập thành 04 (bốn) bản Tiếng Việt và 04 (bốn) bản Tiếng Anh có giá trị pháp lý như nhau. Mỗi bên giữ 04 bản.
