* Tầm quan trong của kĩ năng sống đối với sự thành công trong tương lai:
- Kỹ năng sống quyết định phần lớn sự thành công của con người. Theo Thị trưởng người Việt tại Mỹ, sự thành công của một người được quyét định bởi 75% là kỹ năng mềm, còn lại trình độ và bằng cấp chỉ có 25%
- Kỹ năng mềm được thể hiện ở nhiều khía cạnh khác nhau: khả năng giao tiếp, ngoại ngữ, làm việc nhóm, khả năng lãnh đạo, khả năng tổ chức công việc...
