Heath cho biết anh thường được mời uống trà bơ yak khi chụp ảnh người Brokpa. Anh nhớ lại: “Phần lớn những người tôi chụp ảnh đều mời tôi uống vài cốc trà bơ với họ, và vài ly Ara (rượu địa phương) nữa”.
