Sau khi khách hàng đã thanh toán hết cả lãi vay và nợ gốc thì phòng tín dụng tiến hành tất toán nợ và giải chấp tài sản đảm bảo , trường hợp khách hàng không trả nợ gốc và lãi vay đúng hạn thì sẽ tiến hành gia hạn nợ và điều chỉnh lại hợp đồng vay
