Ngoài ra, tôi luôn tâm niệm lãnh đạo phải có kỹ năng kết nối và tương tác. Hiện nay tôi là Phó Bí thư Chi đoàn Tổ chức – Xã hội. Chi đoàn của tôi gồm 26 đoàn viên là CB trẻ từ 6 cơ quan khác nhau. Ai cũng bận nên rất ít có cơ hội gặp nhau. Từ khi đảm nhiệm chức vụ Phó Bí thư, tôi luôn cố gắng tổ chức nhiều hoạt động, động viên mọi người tham gia để thân thiết với nhau hơn. Bây giờ tôi rất vui khi không những hoạt động của chi đoàn mạnh lên mà sự phối hợp giữa các cơ quan nơi chúng tôi đang công tác cũng trở nên tốt hơn rất nhiều.

My youth branch members are CB 26 children from 6 different agencies. Everyone is busy and very few have the opportunity to meet.
