  BSR chỉ xem xét giải quyết khi

  BSR chỉ xem xét giải quyết khiếu nại/đòi bồi thường về chất lượng sản phẩm LPG khi lưu thông trên thị trường khi bên khiếu nại/đòi bồi thường gửi khiếu nại/đòi bồi thường về BSR bằng văn bản chính thức kèm theo các điều kiện sau đây:
- Lô LPG bị khiếu nại/đòi bồi thường về chất lượng phải được cô lập, niêm phong, lấy mẫu theo đúng quy định ngay khi có phát hiện chất lượng không đảm bảo và dưới sự chứng kiến của bên khiếu nại, đơn vị bán hàng, người làm chứng. BSR phải được cung cấp ít nhất một mẫu và các giấy tờ liên quan kèm theo;
- Việc khiếu nại/đòi bồi thường phải trong thời hạn khiếu nại cho phép theo quy định của pháp luật và các hợp đồng có liên quan;
- Phải chứng minh được nguồn gốc LPG đó là của BSR sản xuất và xuất bán ra thị trường;
- Phải chứng minh được lô LPG đó không bị pha trộn với bất cứ thứ gì khác kể từ khi được BSR xuất bán ra thị trường;
- Phải chứng minh lô LPG đó có đầy đủ hồ sơ hợp lệ về mặt kỹ thuật và thương mại theo quy định;
- Phải chứng minh lô LPG đó được phân phối theo đúng hệ thống quy định của đơn vị phân phối, bán hàng.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

  BSR only consider settling complaints / claims on product quality LPG being circulated in the market when the complaint / claim file a complaint / claim in writing formal BSR together under the following conditions:
- Lot complained LPG / claims of quality to be isolated, sealed, sampling in accordance with regulations as soon as the detection and quality assurance in the presence of the complainant, unit sales, a witness. BSR must be provided at least one form and relevant documents attached;
- The complaint / claim shall within complaint allowed in accordance with the law and the relevant contract;
- Must prove that the origin of the BSR LPG manufacture and sell in the market;
- Must demonstrate that LPG batches not mixed with anything else since its BSR marketed products;
- Must Lot prove that LPG full valid dossier of technical and trade regulations;
- Must demonstrate that LPG distributed batches according regulation system of distribution units, sales.
