Mô tả công việc • Tiếp nhận các cuộc gọi của khách hàng qua hệ thống tổng đài hay chủ động gọi cho khách hang sau khi có thông tin cần thiết để tư vấn, giải đáp các thắc mắc của khách hàng có nhu cầu về vé máy bay nội địa và quốc tế.
• Tư vấn đường bay , điểm đến tốt nhất cho khách hàng.
• Đặt chỗ, giữ chỗ, tính giá, báo giá theo yêu cầu của khách hàng.
• Làm các thủ tục : đặt/xuất/hoàn/hủy vé khi có yêu cầu
• Cập nhật những chương trình khuyến mãi từ các hãng hàng không và thông báo cho khách hàng
• Xứ lý tình huống phát sinh (nếu có)
• Tư vấn cho khách hàng những giấy tờ cần thiết đem theo khi làm thủ tục bay.
• Kiểm tra vé, nhắc nhở khách về Time xuất vé, mua vé và ngày khởi hành.
• Khai thác và phát triển danh sách khách hàng
• Giải quyết các thắc mắc, phàn nàn từ khách hàng về các vấn đề liên quan đến vé.
• Các kỹ năng xử lý vé máy bay theo yêu cầu

Yêu cầu Kinh nghiệm: 2 năm
Trình độ: Cao đẳng
Yêu cầu khác: - Nam/nữ độ tuổi 22 - 30 có kinh nghiệm ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm về vị trí trưởng phòng vé máy bay
- Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng, đại học chuyên ngành: Du lịch khách sạn hoặc marketing hoặc quản trị kinh doanh.
- Ưu tiên biết sử dụng tiếng anh nói và viết.
- Có một trong số các chứng chỉ của hệ thống đặt vé: 1A,1S,1B,1G.
- Sử dụng thành thạo các hệ thống book vé nhất là 1A và 1S ,ngoài ra tư vẫn book giữ chỗ tốt các hãng hàng không giá rẻ như Vietjet ,Jetstar.
- Biết lắng nghe,tiếp thu ý kiến phản hồi của khách hàng, tư vấn chăm sóc khách hàng chu đáo.
- Năng động,chịu khó, trung thực, cẩn thận, có chí tiến thủ và muốn gắn bó lâu dài với công ty.
