15.4. Thời hạn thu phí của Nhà đầu tư, Doanh nghiệp dự án
15.4.1. Sử dụng [●] trạm thu phí (đoạn từ nút giao … đến nút giao …) và Quyền thu phí tại [●] trạm thu phí trên đoạn từ … đến nút giao … để thu phí hoàn vốn cho Dự án như sau:

15.4.2. Nhà đầu tư, Doanh nghiệp dự án được bắt đầu thu phí hoàn vốn Dự án trên đoạn từ nút giao … đến nút giao … kể từ khi Dự án hoàn thành được nghiệm thu, đưa vào khai thác và khi công trình đủ điều kiện vận hành thu phí; thời hạn thu phí trên đoạn từ nút giao … đến nút giao … được điều chỉnh trong các trường hợp quy định tại Khoản 15.4.3 dưới đây.
