Sản xuất, mua bán hoá chất ( trừ hoá chất có tính độc hại mạnh ), phân bón, giống cây trồng ( không sản xuất tại trụ sở ).
Mua bán hạt nhựa
Sản xuất, gia công, kinh doanh, xuất nhập khẩu vật tư nông nghiệp
Dịch vụ bảo vệ thực vật, cung cấp giống cây trồng, hướng dẫn kỹ thuật trồng trọt.
Sản xuất mua bán thuốc bảo vệ thực vật, hạt giống ( không sản xuất tại trụ sở ).
Cho thuê kho, văn phòng, máy móc thiết bị sản xuất ngành nông dược, xe tải.
Kinh doanh các ngành nghề khác trong phạm vi đăng ký và phù hợp theo quy định của pháp luật
Sản phẩm chính: vật tư nông nghiệp.
Hệ thống phân phối sản phẩm của Công ty chủ yếu thông qua các khách hàng trung gian phân bổ đều khắp trên cả nước và được gọi là đại lý cấp 1 và đại lý cấp 2. Để phục vụ kịp thời sản phẩm đến với khách hàng, Công ty đã thành lập nhiều chi nhánh trực thuộc, phân bổ đều khắp ở những khu vực, thị trường có nhu cầu cao, phạm vi địa lý rộng. Cùng với sự hoạt động tích cực của các chi nhánh trực thuộc, Công ty cũng không ngừng nâng cao năng lực các hoạt động marketing nhằm thực hiện chiến lược kinh doanh của mình. Những hoạt động marketing chủ yếu tập trung theo kênh phân phối này và được thực hiện qua mạng lưới nhân viên tiếp thị được phân công theo địa bàn phụ trách. Đến nay, mạng lưới marketing này đã có mặt ở hầu hết các tỉnh đồng bằng sông Cửu Long, các tỉnh miền Trung và một số tỉnh ở miền Bắc
