Nhằm đảm bảo cho hệ thống quản lý chất lượng hoạt động có hiệu lực và hiệu quả, Công ty đã xây dựng nên chính sách và mục tiêu chất lượng làm cơ sở cho việc thực hiện quản lý đồng bộ chất lượng các công trình.
Thiết lập chính sách chất lượng thuộc trách nhiệm của Giám đốc. Tuy nhiên, Công ty đã rất khuyến khích sự đóng góp ý kiến của tập thể trong việc hoạch định chính sách. Hàng năm, Công ty đều tiến hành xem xét tính phù hợp của chính sách và thực hiện sửa đổi nếu cần.
Trên cơ sở chính sách và mục tiêu chất lượng đã ban hành, các bộ phận trong Công ty xác định mục tiêu chất lượng cho bộ phận mình trên cơ sở đặc điểm công việc của từng bộ phận. Nhờ vậy mà hoạt động quản lý chất lượng được thực hiện và duy trì ở tất cả các phòng, ban, bộ phận, góp phần đạt mục tiêu chất lượng chung và thực thi chính sách chất lượng của Công ty.
Chính sách và mục tiêu chất lượng hàng năm đã được ban hành trong toàn Công ty bằng văn bản. Những phương hướng và mục tiêu trong chính sách đều được Công ty phổ biến, từ các cán bộ quản lý cho đến từng nhân viên, nhằm huy động toàn Công ty tham gia quản lý chất lượng, đảm bảo cung cấp cho khách hàng các sản phẩm tốt nhất.
