Hơn 20 quốc gia tham dự Liên hoan ẩm thực tại TP HCM
Tối 4/12, Sở Du lịch Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh đã khai mạc chương trình Liên hoan ẩm thực “Món ngon các nước” lần thứ 9 năm 2014, với sự tham dự của hơn 60 đơn vị nhà hàng, khách sạn đại diện cho hơn 20 quốc gia, vùng lãnh thổ.
Liên hoan diễn ra đến ngày 7/12, thu hút sự quan tâm của đông đảo khách du lịch trong và ngoài nước.
Du khách đến tham dự có dịp thưởng thức văn hóa ẩm thực của nhiều nước trên thế giới với những món ăn phong phú, độc đáo.
Tại liên hoan, gần 100 gian hàng ẩm thực được trang trí bắt mắt, hòa quyện với mùi thức ăn thơm lừng với đủ các hình thức nướng, chiên, xào, hấp.
Bên cạnh những món ăn hấp dẫn, du khách còn được tham gia nhiều hoạt động văn hóa nghệ thuật đặc sắc và thưởng thức hơn 60 món bánh lạ, đẹp của hơn 100 bếp trưởng danh tiếng.
Liên hoan ẩm thực “Món ngon các nước” sẽ góp phần bảo tồn và phát huy hơn nữa văn hóa ẩm thực của Việt Nam và nhiều nước trên thế giới.
