ngày nay, trong xu thế toàn cầu hóa, tầm quan trọng của tiếng anh không thể phủ nhận và bỏ qua vì nó được dùng phổ biến ở mọi nơi trên thế giới. đặc biệt đối với nước đang phát triển như việt nam, tiếng anh đã được giảng dạy từ rất sớm cũng như nhiều bạn trẻ đã nhận thức được tầm quan trọng của nó vì những lí do khách quan khác nhau như tìm được công việc chất lượng cao, giao tiếp với thế giới bên ngoài hay vì những lí do khách quan khác nhau.
dường như, tiếng Anh còn chiếm ưu thế trong các phương tiện truyền thông và giao thông. điển hình là trong lĩnh vực giải trí, tiếng anh được mọi người tiếp cận và hiểu biết một cách dễ dàng. trong đó phim có phụ đề là tiếng anh cũng được mọi người quan tâm yêu thích. do đó có một số học sinh, giáo viên đã sử dụng phim có phụ đề nhằm nâng cao kiến thức của mình cũng như cho học sinh.
từ đó, tôi quyết định "nghiên cứu về vấn đề xem phim có phụ đề tiếng anh giúp cải thiện việc học nghe trong tiếng anh".
