- Tổ chức khám chữa bệnh và chịu trách nhiệm bao gồm cả việc sắp xếp cử cán bộ y tế thích hợp, các thiết bị y tế đạt yêu cầu để khám cho cán bộ nhân viên của bên A thuận tiện, an toàn, nhanh chóng.
- Đảm bảo khám đầy đủ cho cán bộ nhân viên của bên A theo thỏa thuận gồm các danh mục khám cụ thể theo danh mục khám sức khỏe kèm theo đã được hai bên thỏa thuận.
- Sau khi khám bệnh, bên B có trách nhiệm tổng hợp theo các danh mục khám thực tế của từng cán bộ nhân viên của bên A vào hồ sơ khám sức khoẻ định kỳ theo mẫu của Bộ y tế (có danh sách kèm theo ) và chuyển cho bên A để lưu giữ.
- Chịu trách nhiệm về tính chính xác của kết quả các mục mà bên B đã thực hiện khám cho cán bộ nhân viên của bên A.
- Sau khi thực hiện xong dịch vụ khám bệnh theo hợp đồng, bên B tập hợp chi phí, gửi các chứng từ và bảng tổng hợp chi phí khám sức khỏe cho bên A để làm thủ tục thanh toán

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
