Trường hợp Bên A chính thức đi vào hoạt động sản xuất, khối lượng công việc phát sinh đáng kể, Bên B có quyền căn cứ vào quy mô sản xuất đề xuất với Bên A về việc điều chỉnh giá phí dịch vụ cho phần công việc gia tăng thêm bằng Phụ lục hợp đồng hoặc Bản thỏa thuận theo sự thỏa thuận và thống nhất giữa hai Bên.
