Lưu ý điểm b, khoản 2 Điều 10 Nghị định 127 đã được sửa đổi bổ sung tại Khoản 7 Điều 1 Thông tư 45/2016/NĐ-CP, theo đó sẽ phạt tiền từ 2tr đến 4 triệu đối với hành vi " Vi phạm các quy định về lập, lưu trữ hồ sơ, chứng từ, sổ sách"
Quy định này mới và sẽ đánh vào các vi phạm về lập, lưu trữ chứng từ, sổ sách đối với hồ sơ XNK và cả hồ sơ kế toán. Thường sẽ bị xử phạt khi cơ quan hải quan kiểm tra Báo cáo quyết toán, kiểm tra sau thông quan.
Rất nhiều doanh nghiệp đang mắc lỗi này, cẩn trọng.
