Researchers surveyed 79,544 people, including 36,624 men and 42,920 women aged 45 to 75 in Japan - where the average life expectancy is 87 for women and 80 for men, the health habits food and dining. None of the study participants had a history of cancer, stroke, heart disease or chronic liver disease. They were followed for 15 years. They were discovered on the survey sheet diet and daily life. The study results showed that the death rate from all causes decreased by 15%, and the risk of dying from a stroke decreased by 22%.
