 Căn cứ vào kế hoạch kinh doanh năm 2016 và nhu cầu sử dụng của trang trại;
 Căn cứ vào hồ sơ đấu thầu gói thầu cung cấp hóa chất tẩy rửa bồn bể, đường ống cho trang trại năm 2016, gói thầu số 03/VTC/2016;
 Căn cứ vào báo cáo kết quả gói thầu 03/VTC/2016.
Vào tháng 1 năm 2016, Công ty CP Thực phẩm Sữa TH đã tổ chức đấu thầu gói thầu hóa chất tẩy rửa bồn bể, đường ống Quý I năm 2016. Sau khi đánh giá và so sánh giá THFM đã đề xuất lựa chọn mua 22,660kg Savagro A của Công ty Bochemie –Czech vì chi phí thấp hơn và chất lượng tốt và đã được HĐQT phê duyệt.
Sau 3 tuần sử dụng Savagro A, hiệu quả tẩy rửa đường ống tốt, các tiêu chi nước thải sau khi xử lý bằng hệ thống Aqua vẫn không thay đổi, TBC thấp hơn trước đây. Theo ý kiến của Gilad đề xuất tiếp tục đặt mua 22,680kg C5 từ công ty Zoharlab –Israel để sử dụng tẩy rửa bồn bể, đường ống cho một Cụm trại 1 trong vòng 6 tháng.
Giá C5 theo đấu thầu là 1.3USD/kg (giá báo tại cảng Israel). Bộ phận mua hàng đã đàm phán với Zoharlab và nhà cung cấp đồng ý giảm xuống giá cuối cùng là 1.26USD/kg.
