 Phương án 1 chính là phương án giá chọn do IMC trình được lập theo đơn giá mới của các hạng mục thực tế thi công gồm Larsen (đóng, nhổ) + Khung chống (sản xuất, lắp dựng và tháo dỡ) theo định mức của Bộ Xây dựng.
 Giá trình duyệt đã được so sánh với giá trong BOQ (bao gồm bù giá) và giá chọn là giá thấp nhất trong đơn giá lập mới và giá trong BOQ (gồm bù giá).
 Phương án 2 mà Phòng QLXD –GT nêu chưa hợp lý ở chỗ:
(i) Lasen dài 12m (18m cho P5&P6 cầu Thới Bình) sử dụng chung 1 tầng khung chống (không thể tách khung chống cho 8m của chiều dài Larsen theo TKKT; 4m bổ sung không có khung chống).
(ii) Đơn giá theo Phương án 1 là đơn giá được tính theo “tổng giá trị tiền được cấu thành từ định mức và đơn giá vật liệu, nhân công, máy tại thời điểm thi công” chia cho “tổng số tấn Larsen” để xác định giá thành của hệ vòng vây cọc ván thép (bao gồm Larsen và khung chống) theo đơn vị tính đồng/tấn lassen (theo đúng đơn vị tính trong giá trúng thầu trong BOQ).
