Bạo lực học đường không chỉ là những hiện tượng cá biệt mà giờ đây đã trở thành vấn nạn của toàn xã hội. Trên tất cả các trường học đều xuất hiện bạo lực học đường. Tuổi vị thành niên là lứa tuổi thiếu niên nhưng đây là giai đoạn phát triển rất cao về thể chất và có những biến chuyển tâm lý hết sức phức tạp. Chính yếu tố tâm lý cũng như thể chất và nhân cách chưa hoàn thiện một cách đầy đủ này khiến cho trẻ em trong lứa tuổi vị thành niên hay bị khủng hoảng về tâm lý, dần đến những suy nghĩ và hành động sai lệch.
Nghiên cứu xã hội học phạm tội là một chuyên ngành nghiên cứu với tư cách là một hiện tượng xã hội, coi đó là những hành vi sai lệch, trên cơ sở và phương pháp nghiên cứu đặc thù của xã hội học.
Thành phố Hạ Long tỉnh Quảng Ninh nằm bên bờ vịnh Hạ Long xinh đẹp, phát triển các ngành dịch vụ du lịch, buôn bán kinh doanh. Việc tỷ lệ bạo lực học đường ở lứa tuổi vị thành niên tăng cao sẽ ảnh hưởng đến gia đình, nhà trường và xã hội, mà ở đây chính là môi trường du lịch thiếu sự an toàn khi du khách đến Hạ Long. Do vậy cần có những biên pháp kịp thời của chính quyền địa phương và toàn thể cộng đồng để tuổi trẻ Hạ Long xứng đáng với câu nói của Bác: “Một năm khởi đầu từ mùa xuân, một đời khởi đầu từ tuổi trẻ, tuổi trẻ là mùa xuân của đất nước”.
Vì những lý do trên em đã chọn đề tài : “ Thực trạng về bạo lực học đường ở lứa tuổi vị thành niên tại thành phố Hạ Long, tỉnh Quảng Ninh” là đề tài tiểu luận. Với nội dung xoay quanh thực trạng bạo lực học đường ở lứa tuổi vị thành niên tại địa phương và một số những đóng góp nhỏ bé của bản thân em về vấn đề này để xây dưng quê hương ngày một giàu mạnh, thế hệ trẻ luôn phát huy được tốt nhất khả năng của mình. Do lượng kiến thức và nguồn thông tin còn hạn hẹp nên không thể trách khỏi những sai sót trong quá trình làm bài. Em kính mong nhận được sự đóng góp của thầy để bài viết của em được hoàn thiện hơn.
